Do Gunde (1959)

Do Gunde ("two thugs") is a 1959 Hindi action drama directed by V. M. Vyas, with Raaj Kumar, a few years after Mother India and before his days as a top star, alongside Ajit, the future iconic villain then still playing heroes, and Kumkum. As its title suggests, the story revolves around two hard men, their rivalry and the possibility of redemption. It is a modest black-and-white film of its time, worth a look for early glimpses of Raaj Kumar and Ajit.
