Do Knot Disturb (2009)

A wealthy businessman (Govinda) with a sharp, suspicious wife (Sushmita Sen) has a secret: he is seeing a glamorous model (Lara Dutta). When a photographer catches the two together, he pays a hapless hotel employee (Riteish Deshmukh) to pretend he is the model's boyfriend. The wife hires a detective, the stand-in starts taking his role too seriously, and the lies multiply into a full-blown farce. Do Knot Disturb reunited Govinda with David Dhawan, the director behind his biggest comedy hits of the 1990s, and pairs him for the first time with Riteish Deshmukh. Its premise follows the French comedy La Doublure (The Valet).
