Drona (2009)

Drona is a Telugu action film starring Nithiin and Priyamani, directed by J. Karun Kumar. Nithiin plays a young man whose romance with the heroine is tied to a larger mission and a conflict with dangerous enemies, following the action-romance formula of late-2000s Telugu cinema with songs, fights and comedy. Priyamani, who had won the National Award for Paruthiveeran a couple of years earlier, plays the female lead.
