Description

Nagaram Nidrapotunna Vela ("when the city sleeps") is a 2011 Telugu social thriller with Jagapathi Babu and Charmy Kaur. Set largely over nights in the city, it deals with the crimes that happen out of sight of ordinary citizens and the people who choose to confront them. It is a small, issue-driven film rather than a mass entertainer, and is chiefly of interest to followers of its two leads.
