Netrikkan (1981)

Chakravarthy is a rich, respected textile magnate with a secret: he cannot resist women, and he uses his money and power to prey on them, while his devoted wife and family suspect nothing. His son Santhosh, an upright young man, is horrified when he discovers his father's true nature, especially after a young employee becomes Chakravarthy's target. What follows is a battle of wits between father and son. Rajinikanth plays both roles, and his sly, swaggering turn as the ageing womaniser is often counted among his finest performances, a bold choice for a rising star. The film was produced by K.
