Is Kii Topi Uske Sarr (1998)

Is Kii Topi Uske Sarr is a 1998 Hindi comedy directed by Raju Mavani, with Sharad Kapoor and Mukul Dev in the lead. Its title is a common Hindi expression, literally "this one's cap on that one's head", for shifting responsibility or trouble from one person to another, which hints at a comedy of mix-ups and misplaced blame. It is a small film and little detail about it is widely documented. Mukul Dev, who appeared here early in his career, later became known for character roles in films such as Son of Sardaar.
