About Energy FM

Energy FM is the Isle of Man's commercial hit-music station, broadcasting since July 2001 and now based at the media hub in Champion House, Douglas. The playlist is current chart pop padded out with throwbacks from the last thirty years, wrapped around Manx news, sport and a settled roster of island presenters including Dave Sherwood, Alex Cann and Lauren Plant. Its best-known work off the island is the wall-to-wall coverage of the TT motorcycle races each summer, when the station effectively becomes the event's radio service. The FM signal spills across the Irish Sea and is regularly received in Lancashire, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
