Ennavale (2000)

Ennavale ("my dear") is a gentle Tamil romance starring R. Madhavan, then fresh from his breakthrough in Alaipayuthey, as a good-natured young man who falls for a girl played by Sneha. Misunderstandings, family pressures and his own hesitation keep getting in the way of a simple confession, and the story plays out as a light, song-filled love story. The film is remembered as Sneha's Tamil debut; she went on to become one of the most popular Tamil heroines of the 2000s. S. A. Rajkumar composed the songs. It circulates in Hindi as Nachle Pyare Nachle.
