Exclusively Iron Maiden is Exclusive Radio's channel for Iron Maiden alone, one of over five hundred single-artist streams the Dubai operator runs. Its own billing is plain enough: all their hits, deep cuts and fan favorites, which in Maiden's case means seventeen studio albums of material and a good deal more besides. So The Number of the Beast, Powerslave and Fear of the Dark turn up, and so do the long literary album tracks that never went anywhere near a single. The channel runs with no adverts, no news bulletins and, as the operator puts it, no DJs, so it is just the band and the running order. Half a century on from those first London pub gigs, the catalogue is deep enough to keep a station going on its own.
