Vallakottai (2010)

Vallakottai is a Tamil action entertainer starring Arjun Sarja, the actor long billed as the Action King, opposite Haripriya, with Ashish Vidyarthi among the antagonists. Director A. Venkatesh, who earlier made films such as Bagavathi with Vijay, delivers the formula the cast promises: fights built around Arjun's martial-arts style, comedy, songs and a hero standing up to powerful wrongdoers. It was a routine release in Arjun's filmography of that period and is chiefly for fans of his brand of straightforward action.
