Khooni Panja (1991)

Khooni Panja ('the bloody claw') is a 1991 Hindi horror film with Anil Dhawan, Seema Vaz and comedian Jagdeep, who often added comic relief to horror films of the period, most famously in the Ramsays' Purana Mandir. It belongs to the low-budget horror wave of the late eighties and early nineties, which mixed scares with comedy. Little more detail about it is widely known.
