Gopichand Jasoos (1982)

Gopichand Jasoos ("Gopichand the detective") is a 1982 Hindi comedy thriller in which the great showman Raj Kapoor plays an amiable, clumsy private investigator, one of his last leading roles as an actor. Zeenat Aman, whom he had directed in Satyam Shivam Sundaram, co-stars. The film had been in production for a long time and was released after much delay. It offers light comedy, disguises and a mystery to solve, and it is chiefly of interest for fans who want to see Raj Kapoor in front of the camera late in his career.
