Aadhi lives by his wits in Thailand, running small hustles, until a woman enters his life and he is pulled into a far more dangerous world centred on Bhagavan, a ruthless gangster from Mumbai who looks exactly like him. Jayam Ravi plays both roles, one of the most demanding parts of his career, opposite Neetu Chandra. Director Ameer, known for the acclaimed Paruthiveeran, took several years to make the film, shooting in Thailand, Mumbai and elsewhere, with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. It is a stylish, violent gangster thriller built around its double role, with the contrast between the two men at its centre.
