Raja Bhaiya (2003)

Raja Bhaiya is a 2003 Hindi comedy-drama starring Govinda as the good-hearted title character, with Aarti Chhabria as the heroine and Sadashiv Amrapurkar in support. Like many of Govinda's films of the early 2000s, it leans on his comic timing, his dancing and his image as a rustic, big-hearted underdog who wins people over and stands up to bullies. It was a small release that did not do well, coming at a time when Govinda's career was slowing, but it offers his usual mix of slapstick, sentiment and songs.
