Unakkaga Ellam Unakkaga is a Tamil romantic comedy from Sundar C that reunited the trio of Karthik, Rambha and Goundamani after their hit Ullathai Allitha. Karthik plays a young man in love with Rambha's character, and the romance is complicated by family resistance, misunderstandings and the comic interference of the people around them, with Goundamani once again playing his foil. The film is a light, song-filled entertainer, scored by a young Yuvan Shankar Raja early in his career. Like several Sundar C comedies of the period, it has been circulated in Hindi under the name Munna Baba.
