Lal Dupatta Malmal Ka (1989)

Lal Dupatta Malmal Ka is a late-1980s Hindi romance directed by Ravindra Peepat and starring newcomers Sahil Chadha and Vivarly. It belongs to the wave of youthful love stories that followed the success of Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, built around young lovers, family opposition and a string of melodious songs. Its soundtrack by Anand–Milind, including the title song, was popular on radio and cassette at the time and is what the film is mainly remembered for today.
