Sampath cannot speak normally and communicates with a breathy, whistling "fee-fee" language that only a few understand, which earns him the nickname Gaali (wind) Sampath. He still dreams of becoming an actor. His son Suri is weary of his father's antics and struggling with money and love of his own in their hill-country village near Araku. When an accident leaves Sampath in a desperate situation, the relationship between father and son is put to the test. Veteran comedian Rajendra Prasad plays Sampath almost entirely without words. The film was presented by director Anil Ravipudi, who also supervised the screenplay.
