Golmaal Returns (2008)

Gopal is happily married to Ekta, a woman with a lively imagination and a habit of watching too many television soap operas. One night he rescues a woman from goons and ends up spending the night on a yacht, where he also witnesses a murder. To explain his absence he invents a friend, and soon his pals Madhav, Lucky and Laxman are dragged into playing parts in an ever-growing story, while Ekta's sister and her husband grow suspicious and a real killer is still on the loose. Golmaal Returns is the second film in Rohit Shetty's Golmaal series, after Golmaal: Fun Unlimited (2006), and was followed by Golmaal 3 and Golmaal Again. Tusshar Kapoor's mute Lucky became one of the series' trademark characters.
