Gujrati Bahu

Gujrati Bahu is a Bhojpuri family drama directed by Manjul Thakur, with Kajal Raghwani in the lead alongside Prashant Singh and Rambha Sahani. The premise is a cross-cultural marriage: a daughter-in-law from Gujarat joins a family from the Bhojpuri heartland, and the film draws its drama and humour from differences of language, custom and expectation, and from her efforts to win over her new household. Kajal Raghwani is one of the best-known heroines of current Bhojpuri cinema.
