Gulama (2009)

Gulama ("slave") is a 2009 Kannada romantic action film directed by Thushar Ranganath, starring Prajwal Devaraj with Bianca Desai as the heroine. As the title suggests, the hero is utterly devoted to the woman he loves, and the film mixes his romance with clashes against the forces trying to separate the couple. It came during Prajwal Devaraj's run as a young romantic lead after his debut in Sixer, and it follows the familiar Kannada masala recipe of songs, sentiment and fights. In Hindi it circulates as Gulam.
