Gunda Gardi (1997)

Gunda Gardi ("thuggery") is a 1997 Hindi action film directed by V. Sai Prasad, starring Dharmendra with Raj Babbar. By the late 1990s Dharmendra was making a string of action films in which he played a tough, principled man taking on criminals, and this belongs to that phase of his career. Reliable details about the story are scarce; as the title signals, it deals with gangsterism and violence in society. It is one for fans of Dharmendra's later action films.
