Guru En Aalu (2009)

Guru En Aalu is a 2009 Tamil romantic comedy directed by Selva, starring R. Madhavan with Abbas and Mamta Mohandas, and Vivek providing much of the comedy. The story follows Guru, an easy-going young man who sets his heart on a woman and must outwit both her circumstances and a rival to win her, with disguises, schemes and misunderstandings along the way. It is a light commercial entertainer from the period when Madhavan alternated between serious roles and breezy comedies, and it is best enjoyed for its comic set-pieces and the banter between its leads. In Hindi it is known as Lucky The Khiladi.
