Haraa (2024)

Haraa marked the return of Mohan, the "Silver Jubilee star" of 1980s Tamil cinema, to a lead role after many years away from the screen. He plays a father whose life is shattered by the death of his daughter, and who refuses to accept the official story. His private inquiry leads him into a world of crime and corruption, and the quiet family man turns into an avenger. Directed by Vijay Sri G, the film pairs Mohan with Anumol, with Yogi Babu in support. For fans of Mohan, the chief interest is seeing a star known for gentle romantic roles in a darker, action-led part.
