Hathkadi (1995)

Hathkadi ("handcuffs") is a 1995 Hindi action drama directed by T. Rama Rao, the Telugu filmmaker who made many Hindi action and family films in the 1980s and 1990s. It stars Govinda, with Shilpa Shetty and Madhoo as the female leads. As the title signals, it is a crime-and-justice story in the masala mould of the period, mixing action, songs and family emotion.
