Haveli (1989)

Haveli ("mansion") is a Hindi horror film credited to Shyam and Tulsi Ramsay, the brothers whose family studio turned out low-budget horror films with crumbling mansions, cursed families and rubber-masked monsters through the 1970s and 1980s. The cast includes Jamuna and the character actor Rajesh Vivek. As its title promises, the story centres on an old haveli and the evil within it. Reliable details are scarce, but it will appeal to fans of vintage Ramsay-style horror.
