Description

Varun is a free spirit who drifts around the world doing odd jobs and avoiding commitment. In Goa he meets Hayathi and, after an impulsive kiss, finds himself falling for her far more seriously than he planned, while she has her own ideas about love and marriage. Their romance is complicated by a dangerous drug lord who crosses Varun's path. Heart Attack is a Puri Jagannadh romantic action film with his trademark irreverent hero and punchy dialogue. It was Adah Sharma's first Telugu film.
