Hrashwo Deergha is a 2019 Nepali-language film directed by Chandra Pant, with Harihar Adhikari and Neeta Dhungana in the lead roles. Its title refers to the short and long vowel marks of the Devanagari script, which Nepali shares with Hindi. It comes from the Nepali film industry centred on Kathmandu, which has grown steadily over the past two decades, and it is offered here in a Hindi version for audiences across the border.
