Surya loves his father Narayana Murthy more than anything, and will do whatever it takes to keep him happy. His father is an upright official in the municipal department who refuses to sign off on illegal building approvals, and that puts him in the way of Rajappa, a ruthless minister with deep pockets. When Rajappa targets Narayana Murthy, Surya decides to take the minister on, using brains as much as fists. Hyper reunites Ram with Kandireega director Santosh Srinivas in a story built around a father-son bond, with Sathyaraj as the father and Rao Ramesh as a sneering villain.
