I Hate Luv Storys (2010)

Jay works as an assistant director for Veer Kapoor, a filmmaker famous for big, sentimental romances, and thinks all of it is nonsense. Simran, the art director on Veer's new film, is the opposite: she has her life and her perfect boyfriend Raj planned out and believes in fairy-tale love. Thrown together at work, the two clash, become friends and then find their certainties shaken, and the film has fun playing the genre's clichés against each other. Punit Malhotra's debut is a self-aware Bollywood rom-com set inside the film industry, with Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor at their most likeable and a popular Vishal–Shekhar soundtrack that includes "Bahara" and "Sadka Kiya".
