I Love You (1992)

I Love You is a 1992 Hindi romance starring Prashanth, the Tamil actor who had just become a teen idol in the south, in one of his early attempts at a Hindi career. He is paired with Sabah, with Tanuja and Amrish Puri among the elders whose wishes stand between the young lovers. The film follows the familiar shape of early-1990s Hindi love stories, with a strong emphasis on songs and family conflict. It is a minor film today, mainly of interest to fans of Prashanth and of the era's romantic dramas.
