Keshav returns to Kerala from abroad with an ambitious secret: a technology that can enhance a person's mind. When his relative Parvathy suffers a serious injury, she becomes the unexpected subject of his experiment, and soon develops abilities and a new personality that complicate everyone's plans. Meanwhile there is money to be made and a dangerous mission in which Parvathy's new powers could be the key. Jack N' Jill mixes science fiction, comedy and heist-style action, with Manju Warrier enjoying an unusually playful role. It was directed and shot by Santosh Sivan, the cinematographer famous for films such as Dil Se and Roja, who brought his trademark visual polish to it, and a Tamil version was released under the title Centimeter.
