Akshaya and her aunt Masha are small-time swindlers who survive on quick cons and quicker getaways. When they hear that the Akshaya Patra, the inexhaustible vessel of legend, is hidden in the house of a feared local strongman, they decide to pull off the job of a lifetime. Their plan involves disguises, a lot of improvisation and a string of unlikely allies, with Yogi Babu and Anandaraj adding to the chaos. Jackpot is a broad comic caper that gives Jyothika a rare chance to play a fighting, wisecracking lead, and pairs her with the veteran Revathi, who clearly enjoys playing a crook. It was produced by Jyothika's husband Suriya and is an easy, fun watch for audiences who like their comedy loud.
