Description

Kadamban lives with his tribe deep in a hill forest, hunting, gathering honey and living by the forest's rules. When a powerful mining corporation, backed by officials, decides the mountain is worth more than the people on it, it sets out to drive the tribe away, and Kadamban becomes their protector. The film is an action adventure built around the forest itself, with Arya in a very physical role for which he bulked up considerably, and large set-pieces involving elephants and the jungle. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music, and Catherine Tresa plays the heroine.
