Prabhu is a carefree college student and gifted dancer, the son of a police constable. He falls for Shruti, the daughter of the state governor, and to get near her he joins a classical dance class she attends. Their romance infuriates her powerful father, who has Prabhu hunted down and beaten, but Prabhu also discovers that the governor is secretly working with a terrorist to plant bombs, and the young lovers find themselves in mortal danger.
