Kandhakottai (2009)

Kandhakottai is a 2009 Tamil romantic action film directed by S. Sakthivel, starring Nakul, who had become known with Boys and Kadhalil Vizhunthen, and Poorna in one of her early Tamil roles. The story follows a lively young man whose clashes with a headstrong young woman turn into love, and the couple then have to face her disapproving family and the local muscle they can call on. It is a light, youthful mix of comedy, songs and action.
