Kannan Varuvaan (2000)

Kannan Varuvaan ("Kannan will come") is a 2000 Tamil family drama directed by Sundar C, starring Karthik, with Manthra and Divya Unni as the heroines and Goundamani providing comedy. As in many of Sundar C's films of the period, the story combines a romance, feuding families, plenty of comedy and some action, with Karthik's easy charm at the centre as a man trying to set right a family conflict. It is a typical crowd-pleasing village entertainer of its time.
