Kiccha (2003)

Kiccha is a 2003 Kannada action drama directed by P. A. Arun Prasad, with Sudeep in the title role and Swetha as the heroine. Sudeep plays a short-tempered young man from an ordinary family whose clashes with local thugs draw him into a much bigger fight against crime and the people who protect it, while a love story runs alongside. The film's success gave its star the screen name he has carried ever since: "Kichcha" Sudeep. Coming soon after his breakthrough in Huccha, it helped establish him as a mass hero in Kannada cinema, years before Eega made him known across India. A brisk early-2000s action film for Sudeep fans.
