Machine (2017)

Machine is a romantic thriller from Abbas-Mustan, the directing brothers known for twist-heavy films such as Baazigar, Ajnabee and Race. Set among wealthy college students, it follows an introverted young man obsessed with car racing and a confident girl who falls for him. Their romance hurtles forward, but almost nothing in the story is what it first appears to be, and a trail of secrets and killings soon follows. The film launched Abbas Burmawalla's son Mustafa as an actor and gave Kiara Advani one of her early leads. It includes a recreated version of the 1990s hit song 'Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast'. It was released in March 2017.
