His act earns him sympathy, a romance with the cheerful Sophie, and an invitation from a former film star to perform privately for his wife Simran. When Arun arrives at their flat, he walks in on a crime, and because everyone thinks he cannot see, he must keep pretending while the people involved decide what to do about him. Maestro is the official Telugu remake of Sriram Raghavan's Hindi hit Andhadhun (2018), with Tamannaah in the role that won Tabu wide praise and Nithiin in Ayushmann Khurrana's part. It was released directly to digital in 2021.
