Manmadhudu (2002)

Abhiram runs an advertising agency and is famous for his open contempt for women, a bitterness rooted in something that happened in his past. When Maheswari joins his firm and refuses to be intimidated by him, the two clash at every turn, until a business trip to Paris and a gradual thaw bring them closer, and the reason for his hatred finally comes to light. Manmadhudu is a Telugu romantic comedy that became one of the best-loved films of Nagarjuna's career, produced by the actor himself. Trivikram Srinivas wrote its sparkling dialogues, Brahmanandam's scenes as the hapless Lavangam are comedy classics, and Devi Sri Prasad's songs were chartbusters. It was a big commercial hit.
