Matsyagandha (2024)

Matsyagandha is a 2024 Kannada film directed by Devaraj Poojary, starring Pruthvi Ambaar, known for Dia, with Bajarangi Loki. The title, borrowed from the name of Satyavati in the Mahabharata ("she who smells of fish"), points to a story rooted in the fishing world of the Karnataka coast. Few details of the story are widely documented, so it is best approached as a small regional thriller led by its cast.
