Meri Adalat (1984)

Meri Adalat ("my court") is a 1984 Hindi action drama from the years when Rajinikanth, already a superstar in Tamil cinema, was also appearing in Hindi films. He shares the screen with Zeenat Aman, one of the leading glamour stars of the 1970s and early 1980s. The title points to a hero who delivers his own kind of justice when the system fails, a staple theme of the period. Director A. T. Raghu was best known for his Kannada films. It is a curiosity for fans tracing Rajinikanth's Hindi career.
