Read from the film's own description, by a program — so it
is a reading rather than a record.
Description
A lecture from NPTEL, the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning — a joint undertaking of the Indian Institutes of Technology and the Indian Institute of Science that has been recording full university courses and putting them online since 2003. The courses are taught by serving faculty at the same level they teach on campus, and the whole lecture series is free to watch with no registration of any kind. What is free is the teaching. The certification is not: a learner who wants credit enrols for the course, sits a proctored examination at an examination centre, pays the fee for it, and receives a certificate from the host institute. That is the standard arrangement for open courseware everywhere — the lectures are a gift, the assessment is a service. Module 5, lecture 13.
