My Friend Pinto (2011)

Michael Pinto is innocent, clumsy and incapable of saying no, and he travels from Goa to Mumbai to stay with his childhood friend Sameer, now a busy city man. On New Year's Eve Pinto gets separated from his hosts, and over one long, eventful night in the city he crosses paths with a struggling dancer, gangsters and a crowd of eccentric strangers, setting off a comedy of chance encounters. Produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Raghav Dar's debut is an offbeat, whimsical comedy built around Prateik Babbar's wide-eyed lead and Kalki Koechlin's dancer Maya.
