Napoleon (2017)

A man arrives at a police station and tells the inspector that his shadow is missing. The police take him for a crank, but when they look, it is true: he casts no shadow. The strange complaint pulls the inspector into an investigation that leads back to a death, a cover-up and people who would rather the truth stayed buried. Napoleon is a low-budget Telugu mystery thriller written and directed by Anand Ravi, who also plays the lead. It was noticed for its unusual premise and for unfolding its secrets piece by piece rather than through action.
