Surya is a hot-headed young man in Chennai whose best friend Mahesh is in love with Surya's sister. When Surya learns that a contract has been taken out to murder someone close to him, he and Mahesh set off on a frantic hunt across the city to find out who the target is and who has been hired to strike. Director Suseenthiran keeps the story grounded in middle-class life, mixing friendship, a romance with Mehreen Pirzada's character and a tense chase. The film was shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu, the Telugu version being C/O Surya, and has music by D. Imman. It is a lean action thriller that relies more on its race-against-time structure than on big hero moments.
