Ogre (2008)

Wandering in the woods, a group of young travellers find their way into Ogden Falls, a remote village whose inhabitants still live as if it were the nineteenth century. They soon learn why: long ago the town made a bargain to escape a deadly plague, and the price is a giant creature that must be fed with human victims. With the creature hunting them, the travellers must find a way out of the cursed village or break the curse. Ogre is a made-for-television American monster film starring John Schneider, known from The Dukes of Hazzard, and directed by Steven R. Monroe. It is a straightforward creature feature with digital effects.
