Jeeva falls for Jyothsna, who lives in the apartment block opposite his, and their romance is off to a happy start. Then Jeeva notices something strange: the couple living in the flat across the way seem to have gone through exactly the same events, in the same order, about a year earlier. If the pattern holds, what happened to them is about to happen to Jeeva and Jyothsna too. Okka Kshanam ("one moment") is a science-fiction romantic thriller built around the idea of parallel lives, from Vi Anand, who had earlier made the time-loop fantasy Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada. It was praised for its unusual premise and twists. Allu Sirish plays the lead, with Seerat Kapoor and Avasarala Srinivas as the other couple.
