Justice Tyagi has just retired after a long career on the bench, during which he watched too many guilty people walk free on technicalities. Soon after his retirement, a string of people linked to such cases begin to disappear without a trace. Laxmi Rathi, a sharp crime-branch officer, is put on the case, and her investigation leads her uncomfortably close to questions about the law, justice and who gets to deliver it. One Day: Justice Delivered is a vigilante thriller anchored by Anupam Kher as the retired judge and Esha Gupta as the investigator.
