P Se PM Tak (2014)

When a woman who works in a brothel becomes an accidental pawn in the games of rival politicians, and then, to everyone's astonishment, begins to rise up the political ladder herself, in the process exposing the hypocrisy of the men who thought they could use her. P Se PM Tak ("from P to PM") is a broad political satire from Kundan Shah, the director of the cult classic Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro, and it was the last film he directed before his death in 2017. Meenakshi Dixit plays the lead.
